Vyne’s pay with bank platform is leading the revolution in account to account payment services. It's simple, secure and fast, and it’s changing the way we pay. We are currently looking to hire a humble, energetic, highly motivated and outgoing Partner Manager, who enjoys making new connections, building relationships and driving commercial alliances to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with a wide range of organisations in accordance with the company's overarching objectives, goals and strategies.
What you will be doing:
Use a systematic, process-driven approach to sourcing new partners and strategic alliances to drive vyne’s one to many distribution channel
Negotiate attractive partnership deals, ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with Vyne’s business objectives and strategy
Collaborate with commercial, marketing and product teams to understand the requirements to transition opportunities from the negotiation phase to implementation and long-term management and optimisation.
Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including lead generation, events and evolution of the Vyne partner ecosystem.
Complete regular business reviews and look for opportunities to improve and grow our partner relationships.
Provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders for expansion opportunities with existing partners that have a direct impact on Vyne’s product roadmap and business goals.
Build, manage and attend both Vyne hosted and industry events to grow the network of engaged partners and solidify Vyne’s position in the ecosystem
Experience & Skills/Competencies:
4 + years of experience managing partner relationships and building commercial alliances
Payments Industry experience and RFP/RFI management
You have a strong background in contract negotiations, sales and working within a matrix environment with product, marketing, and commercials teams to achieve set OKRs.
You are comfortable operating in a green field environment, where there is no playbook and proven ability to develop creative solutions and deal structures.
You’ve got positive energy. You’re optimistic about the future and determined to get there.
You are a resourceful individual who is always energised by learning.
You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills and a strong track record of success.
Most importantly, you are a team player who is humble and authentic.
